Very close to interstate - easy to find

our room faced the interstate 29 and was pretty noisy all weekend, mostly because of the bikes headed to Sturgiss. We also heard alot of water noise from other rooms, something we've never heard at other Americinns. Probably a construction defect. Would ask for a different room if available.

Hotel and room were clean. Some of the staff were very polite and the free breakfast was good.
Some of the staff were very polite and others were somewhat rude and lazy. Swimming pool and hot tub were a problem. Temperate regulation was not very good for either one and when I talked to the manager she didn't have much to say about it. We had the same problem with the tempeture of the shower and bath in the room.

Some staff more interested on the computer than what I ask....93% was great but the I don't care ones .... Made me sad... Like the waffle maker can u help... Not hot... And getting an eyeroll... Sorry but other then that its a great place!!!

Good clean rooms that are comfortable. Pool. Better breakfast then most hotels. WiFi was excellent which I need.
